Salvia officinalis

If I see sage in whatever shape, my thoughts are in Italy. Right or wrong I can not help it.

Sage fits well with the following dishes:

Oily fish, meat dishes, especially pork and lamb meat, poultry, vegetable dishes, Italian dishes, stew and oven dishes, for decoration and furthermore ultimately 
combined with parmaham.

Use sage to a little heat, fresh sage is very powerful in taste and can dominate. Salie has a powerful Mediterranean flavor. Sage leaves very short frying is ultimately delicious!

Care: Sage likes to be in a sunny place. Do not prune too hard in 1 time.

Use: leaf, flower bud and flower.
